The Trust's Horticulture service is warm and
friendly and provides a range of activities. Which enable people to
build transferable skills and improve on their coping strategies in
order to move on with their personal development plan.
The service promotes recovery and social inclusion in the
community by working with local Bloom projects, Heaton Park, the
local resource centre at Harpurhey and allotments.
It also works in partnership with the voluntary and statutory
sector, the City Council and local residents committees.
Activities include growing and maintaining plants, plant sales
and making deliveries.
