The Team provides a range of interventions for individuals
suffering from common mental health problems and act as a
single point of access and triage.
The Team provides Assessment and Triage as well as a range of
Brief Interventions including guided self help, Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy and a counselling, bereavement and
mindfulness group. The service also links in with a range of
other community projects providing support to individuals.
