Membership form
To join the Library, you will need to complete our membership
form, and hand it to a member of library staff or post/fax it
to us. As we will need to confirm your identity, if you are
not in the Trust staff directory please be prepared to bring in a
form of ID such as your staff photocard.
Article Requests and Inter-library loans
Please check to see if the article can be accessed with your NHS
Athens Account first via the A-Z of journals. If the
article is not available through NHS Athens please complete a document supply request
form for each article.

Support for decision-making - search
services
Ensure you have the best evidence to support clinical and
management decisions. A search and enquiry service is available to
individuals, teams and groups, Communities of Practice,
Professional Forums and Committees.
