Service users

The service user experience is at the heart of everything we do at the Trust and we are committed to listening to and acting upon the views of the people in our care.

This section of our website contains valuable information on subjects such as how to get help in a crisis, what to expect when staying on a ward and mental health conditions. It also describes how our service users and carers can get involved in helping us to improve services, as we are always looking for people to share their experiences and help us improve the quality of care.

Our service users tell us that they have an overwhelmingly positive experience of the care we provide - for example more than nine out of 10 (95%) would recommend our care to family and friends if they needed it. The results of ourEntry and Exit questionnaires and our service user and carer engagement events are reported to Trust Board on a quarterly basis (every three months).  You can find out more about what are service users are saying here (or by following the link on the left).

If you would like to give us feedback, please get in touch using the contact form.
