In order for the Foundation Trust to comply with statutory
obligations, it must, if requested, make public a record of no more
than the name and constituency of each of its members, as listed on
the membership database e.g. 'Mr John Smith - North'. The purpose
of this requirement is to legitimise local accountability by
allowing members of the public to see the register. No further
personal information will be made public and will be managed in
accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
