Our Membership Strategy sets out our
plans to establish, maintain and develop an active and
representative membership.
Our members will elect Governors to sit on the Council of
Governors who will represent their views and help to influence the
strategic direction of the Trust. This membership strategy defines
who our members are and the role they will play in our
organisation. It sets out our short and medium term objectives for
recruiting members and the plans we have to achieve them.
Finally, it outlines how we will evaluate our success and change
where change is required.
