There is a two-tier mechanism for complaints in respect of
information requests, or in respect of Manchester Mental Health and
Social Care Trust's Publication Scheme. The first tier is internal
review within the Trust. The second is an application or request to
the Information Commissioner.
If you think that your request for information has not been
properly handled, or you are dissatisfied with the outcome of
Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust's consideration of
your request, you can try to resolve this informally with the
member of staff at Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust
who dealt with your request. If you remain dissatisfied, you
can seek an internal review on the issue or decision within
Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust. A senior
member of the Trust's staff, who has not previously been involved
with your request, will undertake that review.
A request for an internal review may also be made if you are
dissatisfied with any aspect of our Publication Scheme. A request
for an internal review should be submitted in writing to:
